How Crevox will work.
Choose a task, give your AI team the relevant context and set the rules. Crevox is being built to carry recurring work through connected tools, with review steps where your team needs them.

Start with one clear outcome.#
Choose work your team already knows how to judge. A useful first workflow has a clear input, an expected output and an owner who can decide whether the result is ready to use.
For example, you could ask an agent to turn meeting notes into a draft follow-up. Give it the notes and the relevant company context, define what the draft should include, then review the draft before it reaches a customer. This is an example of the intended workflow, not a guarantee that every integration will be available at launch.
Connect the context and tools it needs.#
Crevox is designed to bring company knowledge and supported app connections into the workflow. An agent’s instructions establish its role; the information and connections you provide determine what it can work with.
The planned shared workspace will bring employees and agents together. Start with the people and information needed for one workflow, then expand as your team learns what works. See who Crevox is being built for.
Decide what needs a yes.#
Each agent is designed to have a configurable level of independence. Your rules determine which actions wait for review and which routines may proceed without an individual approval.
Keep a review step around work that affects customers or important decisions. Give the reviewer enough context to check the proposed action, its destination and the information it uses. Learn how approval and access differ.
Follow the work, then repeat it.#
The planned task and routine views show the status and result of a run. Knowledge answers link back to saved sources, giving your team a way to check what informed the response.
Once a workflow is useful and understood, recurring routines can carry it forward. Review the output before widening the scope or giving an agent more independence. A completed run is a status, not a guarantee that every detail is correct.
Mac or cloud. Your choice.#
Crevox is planned for macOS and iOS, with a choice between running work on your Mac and using the cloud. The Mac option requires your computer to remain available while work runs. The cloud option is intended for work that continues independently of your Mac.
Running on your Mac does not mean the selected AI provider stops receiving task context. The account, model connection and connected tools determine which services process the information. Read the data-processing explanation.
Choose how you access AI.#
ChatGPT and Grok are planned model choices. You will be able to connect a supported AI plan or choose access provided through Crevox. A personal subscription does not automatically cover every API or connection; provider terms and limits apply.
The waitlist is open today. Product access and pricing will be shared before launch.
